Terms of Service

These terms cover this website, the game Devious Demigods, and the optional Patreon unlock service, all operated by Krayt Studios ("we"). By using any of them, you agree to the following.

Adults only

• The site and the game contain explicit sexual content and are offered exclusively to adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use them.
• By entering the site or running the game you confirm that you meet this requirement and that such material is legal to view where you live.

Fiction and parody

• Everything in Devious Demigods is fiction. All characters are entirely fictional, are not based on real persons, and are depicted as adults aged 18 or older.
• The game is a work of parody. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any book, film, or media franchise.

Your license to the game

• The game is licensed to you, not sold. Your license is personal and non-transferable: play it on your own devices, as much as you like.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly re-host game builds — including patron builds. Sharing patron builds outside your own devices is a breach of these terms.
• Streaming, screenshots, and video content made from the game are welcome, on platforms whose own rules allow adult content.

Patron perks and the unlock

• Patron perks (early builds, the in-game cheat menu, extras unlocks) are a thank-you tied to an active membership at the qualifying tier at the time you claim them.
• The unlock license is bound to your machine and is non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or attempting to forge licenses or unlock codes is a breach of these terms.
• Once earned, an unlock stays valid on that machine — cancelling your membership later does not revoke it. New machines require an active membership to activate.
• The unlock service is provided as-is; we may modify or discontinue it. Already-activated machines are unaffected if the service goes away.
• Patreon memberships and payments are governed by Patreon's own terms. Perks supplement — and never replace — whatever Patreon's rules require of us.

The website

• Site content (text, artwork, logos, the game itself) belongs to Krayt Studios. Don't re-host or reuse it commercially without permission.
• Fan works are welcome; commercial use of our characters and art is not.

No warranty

The game is in active development and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Builds may contain bugs, saves may break between versions, and features may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krayt Studios is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, the game, or the unlock service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves. The current version will always be posted at this address with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
